Cà de Noci is a small family estate in the hills of Emilia-Romagna, dedicated to preserving the region’s increasingly rare indigenous grape varieties. Certified organic since 1993, the Masini family works with old vineyards and traditional methods, producing distinctive wines that capture the rustic energy and character of the Emilian hills.

Tre Dame is a naturally sparkling rosato built around the rare Sgavetta grape. Wild strawberry, raspberry and sour cherry are layered with citrus, dried herbs and a subtle earthy note. Bright acidity and fine tannins bring freshness and structure, while gentle bubbles carry the wine through a dry, mineral and savoury finish.
