If you subscribe between the 3rd and 28th of the month, you'll receive your subscription within five business days if you live within 12km of Prahran.

Your first subscription is technically for the coming month, i.e. if you subscribe on the 13th of January, you'll be debited on the 13th and this will technically be your February Juice Box. You won't be charged again until the 1st of March.

If you live outside outside the above radius we'll send your Juice Box as soon as possible with one of our courier partners. 

Please allow 3-7 days for regional Victoria, 3-5 days for Sydney metro and 4-10 days for all other states (up to 14 days for NT). 

If you subscribe between the 28th and the 3rd, you'll receive your Juice Box between the 5th and 10th.

Your first subscription will be debited at the time you subscribe with every subscription thereafter debited on the 1st of the month.

For example, if you subscribe on the 30th of January, you'll be charged on the 30th and not charged again until the 1st of March. This is because your first Juice Box is technically your February subscription.

Absolutely! You can skip a month, pause for a few or cancel through the 'Manage Subscriptions' section in your DITC account.
